Arrivals

The Arrivals page is the screen the front desk lives on. It shows you exactly who is arriving and who is leaving on a chosen day, with the pitch number, the guest’s contact details, the payment status, and a single button to mark the check-in or check-out as done. It is meant for printing in the morning, sweeping through the queue at peak times, and handing off to the next shift without losing your place.

In the sidebar under Buchungen (Bookings), click Ankünfte. The page opens on today’s date by default.

The page title is Ankünfte. On the right of the title row:

  • Datum — a date picker that controls which day’s arrivals and departures the page is showing. Defaults to today.
  • Heute — a small button (only visible when you have moved off today) that snaps the date back to today.
  • Drucken — opens your browser’s print dialog so you can print the current view.

Two tabs below the header, each with a count in parentheses:

  • Ankünfte (n) — guests arriving on the chosen day.
  • Abreisen (n) — guests leaving on the chosen day.

Switching tabs keeps the date you picked.

The two tabs share the same table layout. Columns:

  • Platz — pitch number, with the pitch name underneath if it differs from the number.
  • Gast — guest name (bold), the booking reference as a small clickable code, plus the email and phone underneath. A small note icon appears if the booking has notes; hover for the text.
  • AufenthaltCheck-in → Check-out dates and a count of nights below them. If the booking includes vehicles, that count is shown too (e.g. 7 Nächte · 2 Fzg.).
  • Personen — total people count in bold, with the breakdown below: 2E for two adults, 1J for one youth, 3K for three children.
  • Zahlung — payment badge: ✓ Bezahlt (green) when paid, Offen (red) when not, Bei Ankunft when payment is due at the desk, or Dachboden for storage / dorm bookings.
  • Action button — the operational button on the right:
    • On the Ankünfte tab: a green Check-in button that confirms arrival.
    • On the Abreisen tab: a Check-out button that completes the stay.
    • When the action is already done, the button is replaced with Erledigt (done).

Double-clicking anywhere on a row opens the Booking detail page for that booking. Single-clicking the booking reference does the same.

If your tenant uses the Dachboden (storage / dorm) feature, those bookings appear in the same arrivals and departures lists, marked with a Dachboden payment badge. They do not link to the regular booking detail page — manage them from the Storage screen instead.

When nobody is arriving or leaving on the chosen day, the table is replaced by a short German message — Keine Ankünfte heute or Keine Abreisen heute. Switch days with the date picker to find another period.

Section titled “Print today’s arrivals list at the start of your shift”
  1. Open the Ankünfte page from the sidebar.
  2. Make sure the date is set to today (use Heute if not).
  3. Stay on the Ankünfte tab.
  4. Click Drucken at the top right. Your browser’s print dialog opens with a clean, table-only print layout.
  1. Find the row for the guest in the Ankünfte table.
  2. Click the green Check-in button at the right end of the row.
  3. The button is replaced by Erledigt. The booking now shows as checked in everywhere in CampOne.

Take payment from a Bei Ankunft (pay-on-arrival) guest

Section titled “Take payment from a Bei Ankunft (pay-on-arrival) guest”
  1. The guest’s row shows the orange Bei Ankunft badge.
  2. Double-click the row to open the Booking detail page.
  3. Add the payment in the Rechnung & Zahlungen panel (cash, card, or bank).
  4. Return to the Ankünfte page (use the back button) and click Check-in for that row.
  1. Switch to the Abreisen tab.
  2. Walk down the list. For each guest who has dropped off their key, click Check-out.
  3. Once the list shows Erledigt for everyone, the day is closed for departures.
  1. Click the Datum field at the top right.
  2. Pick tomorrow’s date.
  3. The table re-loads with tomorrow’s expected arrivals; the Heute button appears so you can snap back.
  • The arrivals list only includes bookings in Confirmed status — pending bookings and waiting-list entries are not shown. If a guest is missing, check that the booking is confirmed first.
  • The departures list only includes bookings that are currently Checked in. A guest who never checked in cannot be checked out — open the booking and adjust the status manually.
  • The Check-in button does not collect payment. If a guest has an outstanding balance, you still have to take payment from the Booking detail page.
  • The Dachboden rows use a different API and a count-based check-in flow. They do not have a bookings detail page; use the Storage (Dachboden) screen for those.
  • If a guest is staying multiple nights, they appear only on their check-in day in the Ankünfte tab and only on their check-out day in the Abreisen tab — not on every day in between.
  • The print layout strips out the navigation and renders just the tab and table, ready to hand to the front desk.
  • Booking detail — open one booking to take payment, edit, or run other actions
  • Bookings — the master list of all bookings
  • Dashboard — a smaller summary of today’s arrivals and departures
  • Storage (Dachboden) — manage Dachboden / dorm bookings
