Setup

After consultation, we configure your site in CampOne. This phase usually takes one to two weeks and runs alongside your day-to-day operations.

We configure:

• Pitches and map — your site is drawn as an interactive map with pitch types and infrastructure (sanitary blocks, power boxes, service pitches)
• Rates — high season, low season, discounts, tourist-tax rates per municipality
• Payment — Swiss QR-Bill with your IBAN, TWINT connection, credit cards if needed
• HESTA integration — interface with the Federal Statistical Office
• Branding — your website, logo, colours and languages

You get a test login to review everything before go-live.
