Dashboard
The Dashboard is the screen you see right after you log in. It is meant to answer the questions you have at the start of every shift: how full are we today, who is arriving, who is leaving, what needs my attention, and what should I do next. Everything on the page refreshes itself in the background so the numbers stay current while you work, and most widgets are clickable and take you to the screen where you can act on what they show.
How to find it
Section titled “How to find it”The Dashboard is the first entry under Übersicht (Overview) at the top of the sidebar, and it is also where you land when you click the CampOne logo or visit the bare admin URL.
What’s on the page
Section titled “What’s on the page”Page header
Section titled “Page header”A page title (Dashboard) and the current date. On the right side of the header are four quick-action buttons:
- + Neue Buchung (blue, primary) — opens a modal to create a new booking right away.
- Check-in — jumps to the Arrivals screen.
- Kasse — jumps to the point-of-sale till.
- Pending — jumps to the Bookings list filtered to bookings that are still awaiting confirmation.
Announcements and alerts
Section titled “Announcements and alerts”If CampOne support has posted a system announcement, or if your campsite is dropping below a low-availability threshold, a banner appears at the very top of the page. You can dismiss announcement banners; the low-availability one stays until the situation changes.
Aktuelle Belastung (Current load)
Section titled “Aktuelle Belastung (Current load)”A wide widget showing today’s overall occupancy as a percentage with a colour-coded bar (green, amber, or red depending on how full you are) plus three key counters: arrivals today, departures today, and guests currently on site.
Three-day outlook
Section titled “Three-day outlook”A small forecast strip showing the next three days — date, day name, and projected occupancy. Use it to spot a quiet midweek or a sold-out weekend at a glance.
Stats grid
Section titled “Stats grid”Five compact stat cards across the top of the page:
- Auslastung (Occupancy) — percentage occupied today, with a sparkline of the past month and the occupied / total count under it.
- Umsatz heute (Revenue today) — money taken in today, with the month-to-date total and a small trend chart.
- Neu heute (New today) — bookings created today.
- Pending — bookings still waiting for your confirmation. Click the card to jump to the filtered Bookings list.
- Offene Aufgaben (Open tasks) — internal team tasks that are still open. Click to open the Tasks page.
Wochenübersicht (Week calendar)
Section titled “Wochenübersicht (Week calendar)”A compact week-at-a-glance calendar showing the next seven days. Each day shows a small bar for occupancy. Use it to plan ahead without leaving the dashboard.
Today’s arrivals and departures
Section titled “Today’s arrivals and departures”Two side-by-side panels:
- Anreisen heute (Arrivals today) — every booking checking in today: pitch number, guest name, payment status, and a green Check-in button. A row that has already been checked in shows Erledigt (done) instead.
- Abreisen heute (Departures today) — every booking checking out today, with a Check-out button per row.
Both panels have a print icon at the top so you can hand a paper list to the front desk. Clicking a row opens the Booking detail page.
Vor Ort (On site)
Section titled “Vor Ort (On site)”A collapsible table of all guests currently checked in: pitch, guest, dates, and people count. Click the section header to expand or collapse it. Use it to quickly answer “is the guest in pitch 23 still here?”.
Platzplan – Tagesstatus (Pitch map — daily status)
Section titled “Platzplan – Tagesstatus (Pitch map — daily status)”A visual grid of your pitches coloured by today’s occupancy state. Free pitches, occupied pitches, arrivals, and departures each have their own colour. Click a pitch to see what is on it today.
Common workflows
Section titled “Common workflows”Start of shift
Section titled “Start of shift”- Open the dashboard (click the CampOne logo or Dashboard in the sidebar).
- Glance at Aktuelle Belastung and the three-day outlook to set expectations for the day.
- Scan Anreisen heute and Abreisen heute for the names you should be ready for.
- If anything in Pending is non-zero, click that card and resolve the bookings there before the day gets busy.
Check a guest in straight from the dashboard
Section titled “Check a guest in straight from the dashboard”- Find the guest in the Anreisen heute panel.
- Click the green Check-in button on their row.
- The status updates and the row shows Erledigt.
- If the guest needs more handling (extras, payments, Meldeschein), click their name to open the Booking detail page.
Create a new booking
Section titled “Create a new booking”- Click + Neue Buchung at the top right of the dashboard.
- Fill in the modal: dates, pitch, guest details, people count.
- Save. The new booking appears in the bookings list and, if it starts today, in Anreisen heute.
Print today’s arrivals list
Section titled “Print today’s arrivals list”- Find the printer icon at the top of the Anreisen heute panel.
- Click it. Your browser’s print dialog opens with a clean list of the day’s check-ins.
Tips and gotchas
Section titled “Tips and gotchas”- Numbers refresh roughly every 30 seconds while the tab is open. If you switch to another browser tab, the auto-refresh pauses; switch back and they update again.
- The pitch map only reflects today’s status — to plan ahead, use the Calendar.
- The five stat cards show the figures for your campsite (tenant) only, never aggregated across multiple tenants.
- The Hide cancelled eye toggle in the top header also affects the dashboard’s counters; if a number looks too low, check whether you have hidden cancellations.
- Three-day occupancy projections are based on confirmed bookings only — pending bookings are not counted.
