Aufgaben (Tasks)

The Aufgaben (Tasks) page is a lightweight task list for your team. It is intended for the kind of small, day-to-day work that a campsite generates between bookings — clean pitch 24, fix the tap at the sanitary block, inspect the playground, restock the kiosk — rather than for project management. The board has three columns (Open, In Progress, Done) and a quick-create form at the top; tasks move between columns as the work progresses.

It is deliberately simple: there is no per-staff assignment, no priority field, no due-date alerts. Every member of your team sees the same list and can pick up whatever is open.

In the sidebar, open the Betrieb (Operations) group and click Aufgaben (Tasks). The route is /aufgaben. A small red badge next to the menu entry shows the number of currently open tasks; the badge disappears when the queue is empty. The Tasks entry only appears if the tasks feature is enabled for your tenant.

A page title at the top, a create card directly underneath, and a three-column kanban board that fills the rest of the screen.

A short form for adding a new task.

  • Title — required. A one-line summary (“Clean pitch 24 after departure”).
  • Type — dropdown. One of:
    • Cleaning (Reinigung)
    • Maintenance (Wartung)
    • Inspection (Inspektion)
    • Other (Sonstiges)
  • Due date — optional. A simple date picker. The date is stored and displayed but does not trigger any reminder; you have to come back to the board to check it.
  • Description — optional textarea for longer detail or instructions.
  • Create — adds the task to the Open column.

Three columns, left to right.

  • Offen (Open) — newly created tasks land here. Each task card shows the title, type and the site number it is linked to (if any), plus action buttons to move it onwards.
  • In Bearbeitung (In Progress) — tasks somebody has picked up.
  • Erledigt (Done) — completed tasks. They stay here for the historical record; there is no automatic clean-up.

Each card carries the task title in bold, then the type and site number on a smaller line. Below those are status buttons that move the card to the appropriate column (the available buttons depend on which column the task is in — for example a card in Open has Start and Done buttons, a card in In Progress has Mark Open and Done).

If a column has no cards, it shows the placeholder text Keine Aufgaben (“No tasks”).

  1. Open Aufgaben.
  2. In the create card, set Type to Reinigung, write a short title (Pitch 17 — clean after departure), and pick a due date if you want.
  3. Create. The task lands in the Offen column.
  1. Find the card you intend to do in Offen.
  2. Click Start. The card moves to In Bearbeitung.
  3. When done, click Done. The card moves to Erledigt.

Reopen a task that was marked done by mistake

Section titled “Reopen a task that was marked done by mistake”
  1. Find the card in Erledigt.
  2. Click Mark Open (or Mark In Progress, depending on the state you want). The card moves back.

Add a maintenance to-do tied to a specific site

Section titled “Add a maintenance to-do tied to a specific site”

If you spot something on a site during your round — a broken hook-up post, a damaged number sign — capture it as a maintenance task with the site number in the title (Site 12 — replace number plate). The board does not link back to the site automatically; the site number in the title is your reference.

  • There is no assignment. Whoever is free picks up tasks from Offen. If you need a per-staff task list, use a separate tool until that feature lands.
  • There is no priority. All tasks are visually equal; ordering inside a column is by creation time, not urgency. Put the most urgent piece of context in the title.
  • The due date is informational only — there is no email, push or in-app reminder when a date approaches. You have to come back and check the board.
  • Tasks in Erledigt stay there forever. The list will grow over the season; you may want to skim it now and then to keep an eye on patterns (for example, how often the same maintenance issue recurs).
  • The site-number text on a card is decorative — it does not deep-link to the site detail page.
  • The open-tasks badge in the sidebar updates with a small delay after creating or completing a task; reload the page if you want an immediate refresh.
  • Customers and the guest portal never see this list. It is internal-only.
  • tenant_admin can create, edit and change the status of any task. staff can change task status but cannot create new tasks (depending on your tenant configuration).
  • Sites — to look up a site number when the task is tied to a specific pitch
  • Calendar — to see today’s checkouts that may generate cleaning tasks
  • Arrivals — the printable arrival/departure list that pairs well with a daily cleaning round
  • Sidebar tour — where Aufgaben sits among the other admin entries
