Sidebar tour

The sidebar on the left of the admin dashboard is your map of CampOne. It groups every screen by the kind of work you do there — first the things you touch every morning, then guests, sites, the till, finance, reporting, settings, and support at the bottom. The labels in your dashboard are in German by default; this tour gives you both the German label you see on screen and the English name used elsewhere in the docs.

Some entries are hidden if your tenant does not use that feature, and a few badges (small red numbers) appear next to entries that need your attention — for example pending self-check-ins, open tasks, or new support-access requests. If a section below is missing from your sidebar, that feature is simply not enabled for your account.

Dashboard — The first thing you see when you log in. Today’s arrivals, departures, occupancy, revenue snapshot, and quick links to the screens you use most. See Dashboard.

Buchungen (Bookings) — The master list of every reservation. Filter by tab (today’s check-ins, today’s check-outs, current stays, cancellations, end-of-stay billing, waiting list), search, sort, and open any booking with one click. See Bookings.

Mails (Booking mails) — Inbound and outbound booking-related emails grouped by booking. Useful for re-sending a confirmation or checking what a guest received. See Booking mails.

Ankünfte (Arrivals) — A clean printable list of arrivals and departures for a chosen day, designed for the front desk. See Arrivals.

Kalender (Calendar) — The drag-and-drop occupancy calendar across all pitches. Move bookings, swap pitches, and spot overbookings before they happen. See Calendar.

Gäste (Guests) — Your full guest directory. Search by name or email, open any profile, find duplicates, and export to CSV. See Guests.

Jahresplätze (Annual pitches) — Seasonal-pitch contracts billed once a year, with their renewal dates and balances. See Annual pitches.

Pauschalgast (Long-stay flat-rate guests) — Guests on a flat-rate long stay, separate from regular bookings. See Pauschalgast.

Meldescheine (Registration cards) — The legally required guest-registration records, used for HESTA reporting and police compliance. See Registration cards.

Self-Check-in — The queue of self-check-in submissions waiting for staff approval. Only appears when self-check-in is set to admin-approval mode. A red badge shows how many submissions are pending. See Self check-in queue.

Stellplätze (Sites) — Your pitches, cabins, and rental units, with their type, number, and base price. See Sites.

Dachboden (Storage) — Storage compartments rented by your long-stay guests. See Storage.

This whole section appears only if your tenant has the Kasse (point-of-sale) module enabled.

Kasse — The till itself: scan products, take cash or card, print a receipt. See Kasse.

Transaktionen (Transactions) — Every POS sale, filterable by date, cashier, and payment method. Refunds are issued from here. See Transactions.

Kassenabschluss (Daily close) — End-of-day cash count, Z-report, and reconciliation. See Daily close.

Produkte (Products) — The catalogue of items that show up on the till, with prices, tax rates, and categories. See Products.

Rechnungen (Invoices) — Every invoice you have issued, with status (open, paid, overdue), Swiss QR-Bill, and reminder controls. See Invoices.

Gutscheine (Vouchers) — Issue a new gift voucher, look up an existing code, or check what has been redeemed. See Vouchers.

Berichte (Reports) — The Swiss-specific operational reports — tourist-tax settlement, electricity meter readings, period summaries. See Berichte.

For broader business reports (occupancy, revenue, season comparison) see also Reports, Stats, and Export, which are reached from the Dashboard and Settings rather than their own sidebar entry.

Aktivitäten (Activities) — Bookable activities and excursions, only visible if your tenant uses the activity-booking feature. See Activities.

Aufgaben (Tasks) — A simple internal task list for your team. The badge shows how many tasks are still open. See Tasks.

Einstellungen (Settings) — The settings hub: tenant profile, branding, features, payments, taxes, fees, staff users, and onboarding. See Settings.

Inhalte (Content) — Tenant-managed text and content blocks (welcome text, house rules, info pages). See Content.

Benachrichtigungen (Notifications) — Notification templates and channels (email, push) used by CampOne to talk to guests and staff. Visible to tenant-admins only. See Notifications.

Support-Anfragen (Support requests) — When someone from CampOne asks for permission to view your account in a support session, the request lands here. A red badge shows pending requests. See Support inbox.

Hilfe & Anleitung (Help and guide) — In-app help, the guided tour, and keyboard shortcuts. See Help.

Neuigkeiten (Changelog) — Release notes for the CampOne product, so you can see what changed in the latest update. See Changelog.

At the bottom of the sidebar you will find the language switcher (EN / DE / FR), your name, a logout button, the version number of the CampOne app, and a small status indicator that shows whether CampOne services are running normally.
